This is a very interesting shot, there is a lot going on, so the B&W helps bring it all together without distracting from the main subject. I'd like to see a change in the DOF, it would help take away the distracting background, and bring the attention more on the subject. The composition creates almost a frame around the wheel which is interesting, I would crop in on the right side slightly to get rid of the loose limbs (arm and leg).
